Due to the current shortage of energy supplies, it is difficult to meet all the demand. Therefore, it is important to think creatively. Hindriëtta enjoys finding creative solutions that are also sustainable and contribute towards the energy transition. With her technical knowledge and ability to adapt quickly, she likes to find solutions to various technical challenges.

Hindriëtta grew up on the outskirts of the village of Warffum and always looked out over the polders and meadows surrounding the village. After high school, she began her bachelor’s degree in Sensor Technology at the Hanze University of Applied Sciences, which is part of the Electrical Engineering program. Here, she learned not only the many ways to collect useful data with electronics but also how collaboration across different disciplines can lead to new insights. By applying this knowledge later as a System Engineer, she discovered that multidisciplinary collaboration is extremely valuable for achieving client-focused results. Hindriëtta looks forward to applying these experiences to the various challenging projects at Summit.
